Restaurant Ding Tai Fung

Restaurant Ding Tai Fung (鼎泰丰) @ Mid Valley

Ding Tai Fung is famous with its Xiao Long Bao (soup filled dumpling). It is voted as "Top 10 Restaurants in the world" by New York Times. Ding's Xiao Long Bao is special than other restaurant, it has at least 18 exquisite folds for each Xiao Long Bao. Besides, its Xiao Long Bao is translucent, fine skin, pump and juicy within. And it is fresh made when you orders it.... It is really a good experience to try it.

Marinated Japanese Cucumber (RM 2)

When you just sit down in Restaurant Ding Tai Fung, the waitress will serve you a marinated Japanese cucumber.

Original Xiao Long Bao (RM 8)

Crab Meat Xiao Long Bao (RM 12.80)

I order a combo set of Xiao Long Bao with price RM 20.80. The combo set include original Xiao Long Bao and Crab Meat Xiao Long Bao. Honestly, i don't feel any different with this two type of Xiao Long Bao........ But it is taste good.

Shrimp Pork Fried Rice (RM 14.50)

To fulfill my hunger, i order a "Shrimp Pork Fried Rice".... Yummy, well cook fried rice.....

Beef Noodle (RM 16.80)

Besides, I order a Beef Noodle as well....

Shrimp Pork Dumpling (RM 10.80)

Shrimp Pork Dumpling is taste the same like the Xiao Long Bao, just the outlook looks different....

I enjoy having meals in Restaurant Ding Tai Fung.
