The Harbour

When i reach Caernarfon, i found out that this is close to sea side. So i am so exciting to hunt for some seafood. Normally in western country, there will be some good seafood restaurant at the port. But after i go round and round at the Caernarfon Castle, i couldn't get any seafood restaurant, what a disappointed.

After all, i decided to try one of the restaurant there,namely "Yr Harbwr", the name is in Welsh language, so i guess the name is "The Harbour", but i see another name for this restaurant called "Table Table", so i do not know what is the actual name for this restaurant.


After seen the menus, i am attracted by one main courses called "Duck N Apple", from the description, it is duck meat cooked with apple sauce. So i decided to try this. Since i haven't tried any steak in UK, so i order another Sirloin Steak.

Our starter drink is Cappuccino and Mocha. As the dinning culture in UK, normally the english people like to drink coffee after the meal and with some desserts. But asian style is to drink coffee before the meal.

No Comment for the drink, it is just like normal Cappuccino and Mocha. No surprise.

Duck N Apple

The duck is looked nice with some grill potatoes and brocolli at the bottom. But there is a bit disappointed with the meal. The apples sauce is too sweet, it is not matched with the duck. I am thinking if they can change the sauce, then the meal will be perfect.

Sirloin Steak

First Sirloin Steak in UK,it comes with fried tomatoes and some fresh water-cress. I order with Medium cook, but after all comes out with Medium-Rare cook (i think i spell correctly). For steak wise, i like Medium-Rare rather than Medium, but normally when i try a new restaurant, i do not dare to order medium-rare, so i will take the safety side, medium cook will be better. The steak is really disappointed me, i do not feel soft enough with the meat. Quite a failure steak.
